There are a few options for exchanges. To initiate an exchange and review options, please contact us at info@minuapet.com and your email will be answered within 1 business day. Please mark your email subject line as "exchange" for a priority response. You must contact us before shipping any items back to us as we will need to generate a processing number for your order to properly track your shipment otherwise, your shipment may be rejected and returned to you. 

At MinuaPet, we understand the importance of customer satisfaction and want to ensure that you have a hassle-free experience when shopping for pet accessories. We have crafted our exchange and return policy to provide you with fair and reasonable options in case you need to make changes to your purchase. Please read the following details regarding our policy:

Exchange Policy:

Eligibility: You are eligible for an exchange within 30 days from the date of purchase.

Condition: The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. We cannot accept products that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration.

Exchange Process: To initiate an exchange, please contact us at info@minuapet.com. Let us know your order details and the reason for the exchange and we will guide you through the process and provide you with further instructions.

Store Credit: Exchanges will be processed in the form of store credit. Once we receive and verify the returned product, we will issue you a store credit for the value of the item(s) returned. You can use this credit to make a new purchase on our website.

Return Policy:

Non-Eligible Items: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for used or damaged products, as we strive to maintain the highest quality standards for our customers.

Return Process: If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us at info@minuapet.com immediately. We will require detailed information and supporting evidence (such as photographs) to assess the issue. Our team will guide you through the return process and provide you with further instructions.

Resolution Options: In case of a verified issue with the product, we will offer you one of the following options:

  1.  Replacement: We will send you a new product with no additional cost.

  2. Store Credit: If a replacement is not available or preferred, we will issue you a store credit for the value of the item(s) returned. You can use this credit to make a new purchase on our website.

Hardware Lifetime Warranty:

  1. All hardware included with our pet accessories is covered by a guaranteed lifetime warranty.

  2. In the event of any defects or issues with the hardware, please contact our customer support team for assistance.

  3. We will provide a replacement for any defective hardware covered under the lifetime warranty.

Additional Information:

Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for any shipping costs associated with the exchange or return process unless the product is confirmed to be damaged or defective.

Store credit purchases, purchases of Gift Cards and Gift Card Purchases are final sale.

Time frame for Resolution: We strive to process exchanges and returns as quickly as possible. However, please allow up to 10 business days from the time we receive the returned product(s) for us to complete the necessary assessments and issue store credits or replacements.

Discretionary Decisions: MinuaPet reserves the right to refuse an exchange or return request if the product does not meet the eligibility criteria or if the claim is determined to be invalid.

Change in Policy: MinuaPet reserves the right to modify or amend this exchange and return policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated to customers through our website or by other means of notification.

Exclusions:
